Have you ever wondered how the real estate pros find their best deals, negotiate for the lowest sales price and locate their best financing terms?

Purpose of Meeting
Join us at the monthly Finder’s & Networker’s Meeting and learn valuable lessons on how and why experienced investors close their deals in 3-5 days, save on finance and closing costs, how to use land trusts to your benefit and how to locate and negotiate your own private financing relationships. We often invite guest speakers to share various topics related to and benefiting the real estate investing industry.

Time & Location
Come network with seasoned as well as new investors once a month on the third Wednesday of each month from 6PM until 8PM. We meet at the Picadilly Cafeteria on US 19 in St. Pete. (Corner of 22nd Avenue N. and 34th Street).

Cost
Purchase of meal to be paid at the door + $1.00 gratuity to be paid in the meeting room. Meal purchase is requested – this allows us to continue offerring this meeting for free.
